How to Upload Your Bills at prize.ird.gov.np
A step-by-step guide on how to manually register your cash purchase invoices on the official IRD portal.
If you made a purchase using cash and received a valid PAN or VAT electronic invoice, you need to manually register it to enter the draw. The official portal for this is prize.ird.gov.np. Here is how you can ensure your bill is successfully uploaded.
Step 1: Get the Right Bill
Ensure your bill is an official electronic invoice connected to the CBMS. It must clearly state the vendor's PAN/VAT number, the date, and have a transaction value exceeding Rs 100. Keep this physical bill safe; you will need it if you win.
Step 2: Visit the Official Portal
Navigate to prize.ird.gov.np. Remember, this is the only official government site for registration. Do not submit your details to any third-party websites.
Step 3: Enter Invoice Details
On the homepage, you will find a form where you must enter specific details from your bill:
- Vendor's PAN number
- Invoice number
- Total amount
- Transaction date
- Your contact number (to notify you if you win)
Step 4: Submission and Confirmation
After entering the details correctly, submit the form. The system will verify the invoice against the CBMS database. If it matches, your entry is recorded. If you face issues during this process, check our guide on Common Errors When Uploading Bills.
